“Pros/Cons - Visited in April of 2026. The hotel is kept very clean. The pool area is nice and the restaurant offered good quality food and drinks. I did not like how unprofessional and unfriendly the front desk staff. When we called for a small request, more pillows, we were told no problem but no one ever showed up. We told them the room was too hot, and they said someone would come check, b”

“Me hospedé en el Hotel Fujitaya Querétaro durante un viaje de trabajo y honestamente fue una experiencia increíble. Desde que llegas se siente un ambiente muy tranquilo,
limpio y con ese estilo japonés auténtico que hace diferente al lugar. Me sorprendió muchísimo ver huéspedes orientales y sentir realmente esa esencia asiática en Querétaro.

“Un Hotel muy muy bonito, el Lobby nos encantó, la alberca está excelente, los pasillos a las habitaciones son muy elegantes.
La habitación muy equipada, con wc japonés.
AA, Smart TV, café, frigobar, todo muy bien.
El único detalle y eso es cuestión de gusto, es que el colchón está un poco duro.
El hotel está a 20min del centro, pero muy cerca de Antea y de la carretera que tiene todos los restau”
